Research from ManpowerGroup’s 2026 Global Talent Barometer — drawing on nearly 14,000 workers across 19 countries — found that while AI usage jumped 13% in one year, worker confidence in using those tools dropped 18% over the same period. Workers are being handed powerful tools without a map, a guide, or permission to feel lost along the way.

What You Will Learn

The Human Shift to AI™ is a three-session, 90-minutes-per-session interactive intensive — not a lecture. Every session is a working session with real-situation reflection, peer discussion, and concrete tools participants can apply immediately.

Session 1 — Entering the New Dimension Why AI change feels like a major life transition, not a technology update. Participants explore VUCA, the emotional grief cycle of change, FOBO (Fear of Becoming Obsolete), and why employee resistance is a rational response — not a character flaw.

Session 2 — Building the Trust Infrastructure Trust in direct managers is the single strongest predictor of AI adoption success. This session covers psychological safety, managerial transparency, resilience and adaptability, and the Ikigai framework for finding purpose in an AI-enhanced role.

Session 3 — Navigating With Intention Practical tools for moving forward: the Ethical AI Adoption Flywheel, the 90-Day AI Adoption Sprint, human skills that grow alongside AI, and the 5-Step Personal AI Navigation Plan. Every participant leaves with a concrete, personalized plan.


What Makes This Course Different

This program integrates current workforce research with two frameworks rarely found in AI training: the life-transitions work of Charting a New Course (Brossman & Gower, 2023), and the Ki Coaching principles Martin Brossman developed over two decades — originally rooted in the Aikido philosophy of blending with energy rather than opposing it. Rather than pushing employees to adopt AI faster, this course meets them where they are and redirects that energy toward confident, capable forward movement.
